Commercial cookery course coordinator

Our commercial and Hospitality trainer and assessor/ Coordinator, Patricia French has over 16years of hospitality experience. With a diverse back ground in experience, from cafes, clubs and 5 star hotels and resorts. With years of experience , training students on job and in classroom settings to a five star level. Patricia has qualifications as high as Cert IV in commercial Cookery and Advanced diploma in Hospitality management.

Patricia believes in providing the best training possible to clients, to enrich the hospitality industry with a trained and competent work force.

SITXFSA001 - Use Hygienic practices for food safety

It applies to food handlers who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery , plates and bowls during of their daily activities . This includes cooks, chefs,caterers,kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, bar  ,food and beverage attendants. Sometimes room attendants and front office staff. Food handlers must comply with requirements contained with the Australia New Zealand food standards code.

SITSS00051 - Food safety Supervisor

Under the food act 2006 (Act), every licensed food business in Queensland must have a food Safety Supervisor.

Certification includes units:

SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic practices for food safety

SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices
